Requirements for a qualified return

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, the products purchased directly through our official Collarson eBay listings can be returned within 14 days of retrieving the item. To make a qualified return, the following criterias below must be fulfilled:

• The product must remain unused and in the same new condition as when it was recieved. The product must also remain in it's original packaging box.
• Products purchased directly through our official Collarson eBay listings must be returned to us for a full refund.
• Please note that you are responsible for any shipping fees when returning any product to us.
• Collarson can not be held responsible for any product loss during the return.
